THE 5AM CHECK LIST THAT ACTUALLY WORKS IN KENYA

Everyone says wake up at 5AM and win the day but what do you do at 5am in Nairobi when it feels freezing the dogs are still barking and kplc have done their thing last night?     Here the 3_step checklist that got me out of bed and into action .No 2_hour routines . No cold pluges . Just 15 minutes            1  5:00_5:05 ; shock the system        cold water on your face . 10 pushups. phone stays off.  If your body moves your mind follows no motivation needed               2  5:05_5:10 ; write 3 lines     Grab a note book. Answer these:  What's 1"small homework" did I avoid yesterday?  What 1"small homework"will I do by 10 Am today?  Why does it matter?              Clarity beats motivation everytime        3 5:10_5:15 ; Read 1 page    Not a chapter, one page . For the last 2 years I kept telling myself mindset is all that matters. If I saw the world differently then world would change so I waited for the big mental shift.Did it come ? NO . I was the guy with a growing mindset and a phone full of alarms that were snoozed. I was the guy reading motivational quotes at 1pm in bed doing nothing. My thoughts were changing but my world was not
