Here the 3_step checklist that got me out of bed and into action .No 2_hour routines . No cold pluges . Just 15 minutes
1 5:00_5:05 ; shock the system
cold water on your face . 10 pushups. phone stays off. If your body moves your mind follows no motivation needed
2 5:05_5:10 ; write 3 lines
Grab a note book. Answer these:
What's 1"small homework" did I avoid yesterday?
What 1"small homework"will I do by 10 Am today?
Why does it matter?
Clarity beats motivation everytime
3 5:10_5:15 ; Read 1 page
Not a chapter, one page . Any book.Even your Bible or Whatsapp story The point isn't the book . The point is proving you can start.
That's it 15 minutes . You are before your neighbors even snooze their first alarm .
